Structures down and lots cleared, from a single outbuilding to the whole parcel.

Whether it is a fire-damaged house, a barn well past saving, or a lot that has disappeared under twenty years of brush, the job has the same shape: get it down, get it out, and leave the site ready for whatever comes next.

Demolition and debris removal are both our own work, so the crew that takes the structure down is the crew that clears the site. Haul-off is part of the job rather than a separate call.

Demolition & Land Clearing Questions

Do you handle the debris, or do I need a separate hauler?

Haul-off is part of the job. Debris removal is one of our core services, so the same crew that takes the structure down clears the site and disposes of the load.

Can you demolish only part of a structure?

Yes. Partial and selective demolition is common on rehab work: taking down an addition, removing a garage while leaving the house, or stripping an interior back to the studs so the rebuild can start clean.

Do you clear lots that have gone back to brush?

That is a large share of the land clearing we do, including heavy overgrowth, fence lines that have disappeared, and acreage that has not been touched in years.

Do you remove mobile homes?

Yes. Mobile and manufactured home removal is part of our demolition work, including the pad, the skirting, and anything left behind.
